Xavier BLK and Katonthemuv connect for a pulsating spring time jam where dembow meets west coast rap bass lines. “Always high, never low” is the message Katonthemuv relays to the listeners on Vibras Sanas. The song which translates to Healing Vibes was originally written in October of 2020 and foreshadowed what would be a healing journey for Katonthemuv. She is currently undergoing a natural treatment program for her auto-immune disease. The lyrics relay themes of determination and self respect.

Producer and DJ, Xavier BLK has powered through a tumultuous year and despite a global stop to all things in live entertainment he opened for Major Lazer’s Drive In-Tour stop in ATL, was featured on High Snobiety and acknowledged by GoDaddy for his company, WERC Crew’s ability to adapt during the pandemic.

Katonthemuv was born in La Romana, Dominican Republic, and relocated to the United States at the age of 9. Her time in Miami and Atlanta helped form her musical palette which is fusion of Afro-Caribbean sounds and Hip Hop / R&B influences. Her previous single, Conmigo premiered on the leading Latin American online publication Remezcla and was featured on a campaign for ESPN
